Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, business name, email address, website (if given), what you're looking for help with, and any additional details you choose to share.

Other forms on this site

Downloading a free guide from the resources page collects your email address to deliver it to you — this is emailed to us directly and never added to a marketing tool or mailing list.

Making a payment on the payment page: Stripe processes your payment and billing details directly — Evavon never sees or stores full card details. Once a payment completes, Stripe notifies us with limited order information (amount, item purchased, your email) so we can fulfill it.

Applying for the free website giveaway collects your business name, contact name, email, phone number, country, a link to your business's public review profile, and a short description of your business — used only to verify eligibility and run the drawing.

How we use it

Information submitted through any form on this site is used only for the purpose described where it's collected — responding to an enquiry, delivering a resource, processing a payment, or evaluating a giveaway application — and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've engaged us for. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep it secure and working — from Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, on the payment page, from Stripe (fraud prevention during checkout). These don't require consent and can't be switched off.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, where enabled) help us understand which pages are visited and which calls to action are used, so the site can be improved over time. These are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — you can change your choice anytime using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising, and analytics is never active until you've consented, regardless of where you're visiting from — including under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the Australian Privacy Act.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, or, if applicable, to maintain a record of an active client or transaction relationship.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting us through the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
